3.3 Withdrawal Conditions
Before requesting a withdrawal, you must ensure that no active bonus wagering requirements remain unfulfilled on your account. cv10 reserves the right to hold withdrawal requests in cases of unusual or suspicious activity.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
cv10 offers a welcome bonus for new members. A 120% bonus on the first deposit is provided up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
- Example 1: ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,200 bonus → total ৳2,200
- Example 2: ৳14,000 deposit → ৳8,000 bonus → total ৳22,000
4.2 Wagering Requirements
A 10x wagering requirement applies to every bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.
Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = ৳12,000 in bets must be placed before the bonus can be withdrawn.
4.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each member may claim the welcome bonus only once.
- The bonus applies only to the payment method used for the first deposit.
- cv10 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
- Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- If cv10 determines that a bonus has been misused, the bonus may be forfeited.
VIP Programme & Weekly Cashback
5.1 VIP Levels & Benefits
cv10's VIP program has five levels, each offering progressively higher weekly cashback benefits:
- Bronze — Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver — Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
- Gold — Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Platinum — Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
- Diamond — Up to 1.0% weekly cashback
Advancement to higher levels is earned through regular gaming activity and loyalty to the platform. Additional benefits and personalized offers may be available at each level.
5.2 Cashback Terms
- Weekly cashback is credited to the account every Monday.
- Wagering requirements may also apply to cashback — applicable terms will be communicated separately.
- cv10 reserves the right to modify VIP benefits; members will be notified prior to any changes.
Prohibited Activities
6.1 Generally Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on cv10:
- Any form of fraud or deceptive activity
- Money laundering or processing illegal funds
- Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits
- Using bots, automated software, or any artificial assistance
- Colluding with other members during gameplay
- Operating an account on behalf of a minor (anyone under 21)
- Exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities
6.2 Consequences of Violations
If any of the prohibited activities listed above are detected, cv10 reserves the right to take the following actions:
- Immediate suspension or permanent closure of the account
- Forfeiture of any pending winnings or bonuses
- Placing the balance on hold and conducting an investigation
- Notifying law enforcement authorities where applicable
